Aimed at content coming out of a database; this tutorial describes how to dynamically make a list of anchored links pointing to your page's heading tags.

This solution is fast and clean and doesn't rely on using RegEx to scrape the entire body for each page load. Because it uses jTidy (free) it can be very useful in making sure your content output is XHTML compliant.
